At "DIG", I support the efforts of the Personstore team to deliver features -- purposefully vague here 😅 -- to deliver features for our customers.

This is where I learned a LOT about financial services and the way that startups operate. I am so thankful for my time here and the people I met, but it was not the best fit for me. I decided to leave earlier than I anticipated, but left having learned a lot about the startup world and what it takes to operate a startup at scale.

My time at this company, but especially this role, was pivotal to my development as a leader. I had the good fortune of being mentored by top-tier managers, receiving architecture training from seasoned software engineers, and getting to work with and serve an amazing team.

Notably, I planned, prepared for and oversaw the delivery of a CMS infrastructure migration. This migration took a legacy system that shared a database, to an event-driven pipeline of content that could be delivered directly from MongoDB Atlas so thankful for my time here and the people I met, but it was not the best fit for me. I decided to leave earlier than I anticipated, but left having learned a lot about Python, Django, React amd Postgresql.
